Senior Class Information

All Seniors must complete the following below:

• Senior Contract Form
• Senior Activities Field Trip Permission Form
• Senior Portrait with Monarch Photography

 

CVUSD Senior Contract Please complete this MANDATORY Google Form by August 21st. This contract is required to be able to participate in Senior Activities, including Graduation. You may also print, sign, and turn in to NPHS on Wednesday, August 12th during your scheduled textbook pickup day. CVUSD Senior Contract (Spanish)

 

To participate in any or all of these events, each senior needs to complete the senior contract above, as well as the Senior Activities Field Trip Permission Form for our off-campus events by August 31st.

 

Class of 2027 Senior Portrait Information: All portraits for the Class of 2027 are done with Monarch Photography. Please contact them to schedule an appointment at 805-843-4111. Senior Portraits must be completed by November 30th to be in the Yearbook.

Seniors, if you have not received your Senior Session Guide in the mail from Monarch Photography, please call the studio. Senior portraits are taken during the summer, as they are the first deadline for the yearbook. Our team is ready to capture this remarkable moment in your life. We will work closely with you to ensure you look and feel your best during your photo session. We look forward to photographing your senior portraits!
