AP Registration Information:

    3. Exam Fees
    4. By NOVEMBER 1st
      • Register on College Board using the join code provided by your teacher for each exam you want to take. Join codes also posted in The Panther CCC (room B-1)
        • Instructions to register for your exam found HERE
      • Payment due on Q Parent Connect by November 1st. Instructions HERE
        • Late fee ($50) for any payments made after November 1st. 
        • Last day for late registration and payment: Nov. 15
    5. AP Refund Request Form: HERE Students must log into their @learn.conejousd.net account to fill out the form
      • All refunds will have a $50 cancellation fee deducted after Nov. 1st
      • Final deadline for requesting a refund is June 1st. 
    6. AP Alternate Testing Request Form 
      • Students must log into their @learn.conejousd.net account
      • Must be a reason that is approved by CollegeBoard , or additional charges of $50 will apply. (see reasons here)
        • If student falls ill on day of testing, students will pay late fee unless they bring a doctor's note and request the alternate within 24hours of the missed exam. 
      • For late-testing exams, students must test on the scheduled late-testing dates (May 18-22, 2026) at the scheduled times, no special arrangements will be made. 
      • Alternate Testing must be requested by April 3rd. 
      • If you are taking an IB Exam, please check ASAP to determine if there is a conflict and fill out the form accordingly.

IB & AP Testing Schedule (April 30 - May 20, 2026)

Exam Fees

By NOVEMBER 1st:

  1. Register for specific tests using this online Google form 
    • See these slides for more information about which test to take for each IB class
  2. Payment due on Q Parent Connect by November 1st. Instructions HERE
    • Last day for late registration and payment: Nov. 10
    • Late fee ($50) for any payments made after November 1st
  3. IB Testing schedule conflict with AP? Complete the AP Alternate Testing Request Form
    • For IB testing conflicts with AP, the AP Alternate Testing must be requested by Nov 1 in order to avoid fees and make sure your alternate AP exam is ordered in time.
    • Students must log into their @learn.conejousd.net account

State Testing 2026: CAASPP

  1. CAASPP Testing: All Juniors are scheduled to take the CAASPP tests in March 23-27, 2026. It is important that EVERY grade 11 student take these exams.
  2. School Administration will be visiting Junior classes the week leading up to the testing to emphasize the importance of everyone giving their best effort during the tests. As we get closer to the testing, we will send home the brief presentation to parents as well.
  3. CAASPP testing will take place either in the gym, the library, or a specific classroom. All juniors will be notified where to report for the testing.
